US-Asia Institute welcomed the return of four congressional staff delegations from China through the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs. The delegations included bipartisan and bicameral participation. In total, the delegates had the opportunity to visit cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Chengdu, Qingdao, Changsha, and Dalian.

The reception also included a special recognition to Mr. Robert Jordan, the institute’s Vice President, International & Government Affairs. We celebrated his 85th birthday.
