Mongolia IMPACT Democracy and Leadership Training


USAI and Ambassador Battsetseg Shagdar welcomed ten Mongolian mid-career professionals for the sixth installment of this week-long democracy and leadership training program. Speakers such as Ambassador Piper Campbell, USAI Chairman Glenn Lau-Kee, Hon. Clarine Nardi-Riddle, David Eppstein of the American Bar Association, Whit Askew of Subject Matter, officials from the Alexandria Department of Elections, Congressional staffers, USAI Congressional Circle members Antonio Peronace and Matt Renninger, and more generously donated their time to the delegation. Program participants gain knowledge and experience in topics such as U.S. government systems, electoral integrity, working with the media, running for office, and more.
