US-China Strategic Rivalry: Asia's Perspectives on the Emerging Regional Competition

In cooperation with the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, the US-Asia Institute brought together expert speakers from the Quincy Institute and from other organizations in the US-Asia relations sphere to discuss timely questions related to the US-China Strategic Rivalry.

The briefing served as an opportunity for Congressional staffers to better understand the policy preferences of Asian countries amidst the U.S.-China rivalry. Experts also examined the importance of U.S. global leadership in response to military aggressions from China and how multilateral agreements could be constructed to alleviate such tensions.
