Scholars from the Henan Administrative Institute (HAI) recently visited the Wilson Center to understand the work of American think tanks in Washington, DC. Michael Kugelman, the Deputy Director of the Asia Program at the Wilson Center, spoke at this USAI-organized roundtable discussion. Topics discussed during the event included think tank influence on US policymaking, international connections of the Wilson Center, and think tank publications.
