2013 | Congressional Black Caucus to China

10 members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), led by Chair Marcia Fudge, traveled to China in August 2013 on a Congressional delegation organized by USAI. Upon returning home, the CBC drafted a special memorandum of understanding with Madame Wu Yi, Vice Premier of China, to bring students from historically black colleges and universities to China. This was a $1 million program.
