Odontuya (Odno) Altansukh
Odontuya (Odno) Altansukh is a graduate student in Public Administration at the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a youth activist, having served as a coordinator in the United Nations Youth Advisory Panel in Mongolia, delegating the youth civil society organizations to the U.N. in Mongolia.
Odno holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and previously worked as an Audit Associate at EY Mongolia for a year. Aligning her passion in environmental and social well-being with her work, she contributed to the first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) audit in Mongolia's financial sector for one of the country’s leading banks. Her professional experience also covers research analysis in a number of social projects in international and local NGOs, primarily in social accountability, and youth employability.
Currently, Odno serves as a Graduate Assistant, where she facilitates academic collaborations with key U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Defense, Department of State, and the Office of Congressman, as well as various federal and state-level organizations. Her academic and professional interests have expanded to encompass international relations, trade policy, and environmental policy, areas in which she continues to deepen her expertise.
Tergel GaldandagvA
Tergel Galdandagva is an MBA candidate in International Business at the University of the Potomac, specializing in policy research, economic development, and cross-border collaboration. She holds a BSc in Applied Psychology from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, where she focused on community psychology and cultural adaptation strategies.
She currently works as a Registrar Assistant at the University of the Potomac, where she maintains student records, tracks education policies, and compiles reports on enrollment trends to support institutional strategies. She is also the founder of Global Express LLC, an educational consultancy that has guided over 50 students in securing international scholarships and fostering cross-cultural academic exchange.
In recognition of her academic excellence and leadership in civic engagement, she received a congratulatory letter from U.S. Ambassador to Mongolia, Richard Buangan, acknowledging her contributions to education and public service. Tergel’s work centers on bridging education, research, and international cooperation to advance civic engagement and global development.
